How much do you charge for Post and Packaging?
If your order is for less than £30 then we charge £2.99 to UK addresses.  We can dispatch to Ireland for a flat fee of £7.99.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we are only able to dispatch orders to addresses in the UK and Ireland.
There's no p&p on download only orders.   
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 48hrs but suggest you allow 5-7 days for actual delivery.   Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with a tracking number so as you can keep up to date with your order's journey.   
How do I access my downloads?
On completion of Checkout, you will be able to download your purchase and will also receive an email with the details of the download too.  We suggest you save this to a folder on your computer/phone/tablet but just get in touch if you lose the file and we'll resend it.

How can I see demos for the items I've bought?
Whether you bought the items from us direct or via Sewing Street you can find shows and demonstrations on our You Tube Channel.  You can access these by clicking on "DEMOS" below.
